Alderman Waguespack, in conjunction with the West DePaul Neighborhood Association, is inviting neighborhood residents to a meeting to discuss a proposed zoning change.

A developer is proposing total of 54 units on 18 lots. The maximum height will be 45 feet and the rear yard setback 30 feet.

The 2709-45 N Ashland property is currently zoned M1-2. The 2736-40 N Ashland property is currently zoned C1-2. The proposed project would require a B2-2 zoning with administrative relief or a B2-3.

The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to allow nearby residents to ask questions and express any concerns prior to the Alderman’s decision on the requested zoning change. Representatives for the applicant will also be present to explain their plans and answer any questions.
