Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault

About this crime:
On December 21, 2010 at 6:50 p.m., as the victim was walking home from the train station in the Lakeview area, a male offender approached victim from behind and demanded money. Offender implied he had a gun at which point he pushed the victim into an alley where he battered and sexually assaulted her.

About The Offender:
The offender is a male, Black, 17-24 years of age, approximately 5’04″-5’08″ with a slim build and light brown complexion. Offender was last seen wearing a dark jacket and dark pants.

Be aware of this situation and alert neighbors in the area about the crime. If possible, don’t walk alone and stay in well lit areas. Call 911 to report any suspicious person(s), vehicle(s) or activity in your neighborhood.
