The Department of Water Management recently installed a new water main along Marshfield between Roscoe and Addison. The project was completed in November 2010.

2100-2199 W Evergreen
The Department of Water Management will be installing a new water main along Evergreen between Hoyne and Leavitt. Completion of major repair work is scheduled for December 2010, with completion of asphalting and parkway work by the end of May 2011.
1832-2000 N Damen
The Department of Water Management will install approximately 1,120 feet of 8-inch water main on Damen between Churchill and Armitage. The restoration of the street and repair of affected parkways and sidewalks will also be included in the project.
Water main installation is anticipated to begin in mid September 2010 with completion of the water main installation in mid November 2010. Once the water main is installed the street will be restored so that traffic is not impacted. Final restoration will occur in May 2011. The project will increase the capacty of the water main and reduce the incidence of breaks and other interruptions in service.2000-2100 Blocks of N Clifton Water Main Replacement
Department of Water Management crews areinstalling 1,356 feet of 8-inch water main in N. Clifton Avenue, from W. Webster Avenue to W. Armitage Avenue. The old main dates back to 1885 and needs to be replaced. The work, including street restoration, is scheduled to be complete by late July 2011.The project will increase the capacty of the water main and reduce the incidence of breaks and other interruptions in service.
