Vacant & Abandoned Properties
With the help of reports from concerned residents Alderman Waguespack’s office has identified over one hundred vacant and abandoned properties throughout the 32nd Ward. These properties have been reported to the Departments of Police, Buildings, and Streets and Sanitation for possible Municipal Code violations. As of September 2010, the Alderman also sent out notices to the owners of these properties.
