Cubs Night Game/LV-2 Permits
The LV-2 zone restricts parking to residents in the area surrounding Wrigley Field during Cubs night games. The zone is enforced as a tow zone between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. during night games. Parking is only allowed for those vehicles displaying a valid LV-2 Night Game Permit.
In the 32nd Ward, the LV-2 area is bounded by Addison Ave., Ashland Ave., Roscoe St. and Ravenswood Ave.

The Chicago Department of Revenue mails permits to eligible residents prior to the start of the Cubs season. If you do not receive your permit in the mail, they can be obtained for free at the 32nd Ward office. Proof of residency and proof of your city sticker are required to obtain your permits. Proof of your city sticker can be either its receipt or a picture of your city sticker.
Please note that a 383 residential permit parking pass is not valid in the LV-2 zone and vice versa.
