There is upcoming work on Belmont which will require a few side street closures. As part of the CDOT Resurfacing project, they will be installing raised crossings for pedestrians and bicyclists at the following locations.
Week of 11/13
North Return of Hoyne
Road will be closed to all thru traffic going south bound on Hoyne at the Melrose intersection. CDOT will allow thru traffic for residents only (local traffic) up until they alley just north of Belmont. CDOT will provide access to the garage located just south of the alley. Hoyne is a one-way south bound street here.
CDOT estimates each of these closures will remain intact for one week.
