Help LSCC & Participating Coffee Shops Show Love to Local Health Workers by Donating

Caring for caretakers takes on a special meaning in Logan Square on Monday, January 4, 2021 when a coalition of coffee shops offer free coffee to healthcare workers.

The Logan Square Chamber of Commerce launches, Caffeinate the Caretakers, a hyper-local initiative powered by neighborhood coffee shops necessary & sufficient coffee, Sip of Hope Community Coffee Bar and Kambs Jennings Group of Compass Mortgage.

Healthcare workers receive free brewed coffee drinks starting on January 4, 2021 through January 31, 2021 at participating coffee shops in appreciation for their tireless work on the frontlines of the pandemic. Participating cafes include: necessary & sufficient coffee (3624 W Wrightwood Ave, Chicago, IL 60647) and Sip of Hope Community Coffee Bar (3039 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60647) .

Caffeinate the Caretakers is a grassroots, neighborhood program powered by donations from businesses and individuals. The donations support participating coffee shops in the delivery of free coffee to medics, hospital and nursing center care professionals who have spent nine months on the frontlines of the pandemic. Currently the program is slated to run until the end of January, however, they're hoping to extend the program through ongoing donations beyond January.

Help Logan Square Chamber of Commerce make this a strong launch by donating here. Thank you in advance for your donations!
