Chicago Area Peace Corps member Margaret Sheridan has organized a volunteer event at the Greater Chicago Food Depository (GCFD) on Tuesday, January 26th. The Forest Preserves of Cook County invites volunteers to participate in a self-led litter pick-up at the Dan Ryan Woods and other area nature centers. Gloves and bags will be available at the visitor center. Click here for more info. Registration is required.
